1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Amini Group and its legal entity CV Eventworks Experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or engage our services.

2. Service Scope & Proposals

Amini Group operates multidisciplinary business units including Eventworks Experience, Amini Ventures, Amini Experience, Amini Shoot Agency, and Amini Hospitality. Services and package deliverables are provided according to confirmed written project proposals, invoices, and service agreements.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless specified otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (Xendit), Virtual Accounts, Bank Transfers, Credit Cards, or QRIS.
• Invoices must be settled according to the payment schedule stated on the official invoice issued by CV Eventworks Experience.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, brand assets, photography samples, logos, and materials published on this website are the property of Amini Group / CV Eventworks Experience and are protected under Indonesian copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Amini Group shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of force majeure events, unauthorized third-party disruptions, or client delays.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
